15. Rodney Pryor

Though his high school career ended in 2012, Pryor didn’t get a real change on the basketball court until two seasons later. Injuries derailed his attempts to play consistent ball at the junior college level. However, he landed at Robert Morris in 2014 and would become an important player for the Colonials for the next two seasons before spending his senior season at Georgetown in the Big East.

Undoubtedly, Pryor did some great things in those two seasons in the NEC. He averaged 15.6 points in that first year, made 43% of his 3-pointers, and helped lead Robert Morris to an NEC Tournament title. He’d then add 20 points in their First Four victory over North Florida. While the Colonials would not return to the Big Dance, his following season was even more potent, as Pryor averaged 18.0 points and 8.0 rebounds a game.

His excellent performance late in what was technically his junior year saw him named NEC Tournament MVP while leading the league in effective field goal percentage. He was a great scorer throughout his time with the Colonials and earned First Team All-NEC honors in his second and final season. Though he was off to Georgetown and played very well with the Hoyas, those two years with Robert Morris were still pretty special and gave him his lone shot at the NCAA Tournament.
