Kansas Jayhawks

Kansas has been one of the top programs in the country over the past several years. While they might only have one championship (2008) during the century, their level of success is through the roof. Head coach Bill Self is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to building a championship caliber roster every year and that has been evident in their NCAA Tournament seeds. Looking ahead to this coming season, though, the Jayhawks could definitely add another potent piece to the rotation.

Jalen Wilson would fit the bill and do so perfectly.

With regards to 2019-20, there are many questions surrounding the Kansas team and how successful they might be. The program is losing plenty of talent this offseason and is coming off of a bit of a disappointing season compared to its usual standards. Many still expect that the Jayhawks will be a preseason top-25 team but adding Wilson would take those predictions to the next level.

Wilson’s potency as an all-around threat, with particular mention for his proficiency from distance, would represent the addition of another scorer in the lineup. Due to his size and skill, Wilson will be one of the most polished freshmen in the county next season and he would be a perfect fit, in my opinion, at Kansas.
